“good thing i found this tour. coming to amsterdam, i was really looking forward to visiting the anne frank house. but when finding out tickets were already sold out, i looked for some alternatives and found this on gyg. it was even more extensive as they didn't only dwell on the franks' life but starting from the long history of the jews life before and during the nazis regimen. Patrick is a great guide as well!”

“This store does not include tickets to the Anne Frank house. I don’t know if it was me not paying attention when I booked it or if they bury that in the fine print, but I think this is something they should put at the very top because in my opinion, it was misleading. My fault. We actually left the door early.”

“Bianca was a wonderful guide! She told the story of Anne and her family beautifully and emotionally. The walking pace was easy and we were able to make an unplanned bathroom stop along the way. There was a lot of historical information pulled together for this tour and it was our favorite part of the visit to Amsterdam. Thank you Bianca!!!”

“The tour guide was ok but the tour overall was horrible. The description of the tour was misleading as it was listed at 4-5 hours long including a walking tour and museum visits. The tour guide was not aware that my ticket came with museum visits and the tour company didn’t even have the museum tickets ready for me. I ended up needing to leave the walking tour early to go to the museums which closed at 5pm - the walking tour was 2-4pm.”

“The museum brought WWII alive with videos and extraordinary displays retelling the overall history through many stories of individuals resisting or cooperating with the Nazis. The audio guide system worked easily, allowing the user to hear all or just some of the detail stories.”
